I've seen some posts on here suggesting that the ICC did not decide the issue of amount of damages/royalties owed.

Are these posts correct?

If so, then it seems IDC/Nokia could have to go back to the ICC to decide these amounts. And the ICC's decision could then be appealed to the district court and then to the 2d circuit.
