They claim it is a shell company.

Hello?!!

Even after so much ongoing interest and business with well known humanitarian organizations and the US army no less?!

Maybe these people are dyslexic and cannot read, or have deep seated trust issues? More likely, they may have hidden sinister agendas imo.
