I suppose the server could be located in Europe, seeing as Gomez does work for Switzerland. However, a Whois on pharmajanes shows The United States, and a Whois for zopim, their messaging/contact service shows Costa Rica, Latin America.

Maybe the receipt and order processing are done in Europe? I've not been able to place an order to check. I'm with you here though, still skeptical. I have money invested, but not a ton due to my skepticism.
