This is good! (SKS note)
The following is an excerpt from an email exchange I had with Steven. My questions and his answers are below. Nothing is certain, and he certainly has been 1) overly optimistic, and 2) blindsided by unforseen events at times in the past, but I believe that even some timing issues as we go forward will not outweigh the traction that is being gained. I also expect an ongoing supply of new and unexpected news over the coming months, and especially leading up to the mid-March 10K and conference call. There are those that will always be looking for targets to blame when things do not happen precisely as they wish (I am often torn between pity for them and utter disrespect), but my money is on the Wave technology and the Wave management team.

Steven---
I wanted to send just a brief note to let you know that your presentation yesterday was very well done. It conveyed, in terms that most laymen could understand, the nature of Wave’s business plan and some of the key markets.
I do have a couple of questions if you would be so kind:
1) Today’s PP was certainly expected, and while the steeply discounted $.53 price is never easy to swallow, I would like to know if: a) was it fully subscribed?, and b) do you currently envision that another PP will be required, albeit at a presumably higher price as traction begins to take hold and causes the share price to increase?
2) Is there a reason why the recent military contracts were not highlighted in the presentation? And, does Wave expect to receive any seven figure subcontracts this quarter from either or both of the recent military contracts?
3) Am I right in being as tremendously excited about the $300K+ DOD consulting contract as I am?
Thanks in advance for any reply that you can share.
And, as always, keep up the good work; your efforts have been Herculean.
Best regards,
His reply:
Thanks for the note
Yes it was full subscribed I certainly believe that we can move to longer term holders with the customers we have and the market growth
Our DOD contracts are very important to us. However we can't say any more than the 8k
Again thanks for your support
Steven
