This board is an investment board. I never agreed to any "debate" I was only shining some light how much more widespread the LMI (low to moderate income) was and how well the liberals and government covered it up with bull crap so called studies.
Your intent was like all liberals, to win at any cost, truth or right or wrong are never part of the equation.

The facts are as I have shown, there were government "MANDATES" that forced the industry into making the bad loans.
* Banks with CRA
* GSE's with a similar program
* Mortgage companies gladly made a voluntary agreement to jump on the bandwagon and the GSE's made their huge contribution of subprimes possible all blessed by the government.
* Thousands of private mortgage brokers armed with the lax approval software provided by the GSE's churned out the rest of the subprimes

Every subprime made was influenced by the mandates
