Bigcue Cetek has owned Hybrid-tek since 2006 and it is my understanding they have held government contracts during that entire time frame. Therefore why would Hilal just now suddenly decide after 7 years that he needed to get re-instated? I think there are even bigger implications for the re-instatement than the government contracts alone.
