Gemini is the semi-proud owner of only 5594107 shares since they
disclaimed the beneficial ownership of the warrents. So that puts them a lot less than the 10 percent threshold, which would make them a "reporting person".

If JB also disclaims his 8 million warrents, worthless as they are, he would only have 3 point sumpin million shares.
