Gemini has filed ownership thingy In which they deny "beneficial ownership" in the shares represented by the warrents issued to them pursuant to the chap 11 settlement.

OK by me. The got their reasons, I reckon. Those warrents are worthless anyway, since CDEX shares are unlikely to be worth the conversion price before expiration.

Mr Winters, the manager of that [particular] Gemini fund also says that they ain't hissen.
