Nokia said no settlement conference needed because they know there are no damages. They don't want a coference where they would have to provide some documents as to what the damages are because they can't prove any and all they are doing is making a disgrace of our legal system to harm IDCC. Why doesn't IDCC countersue Nokia for violations of the Lanham act? Now there are major damages caused by Nokia to IDCC for its collusion with the other manufacturers and nothing from IDCC to stand up for itself. I wish I knew what the strategy was because to me it seems that IDCC is just a whipping boy.
