Dave: I agreed. Let's move past Nokia. Forget about revenue from them for now while pursue all legal action against them whatever time it take. Let's Lawyer take care of it at their own pace. I am ready to forget Nokia for now. F... Nokia. Sooner or later money will come in. I hope Nokia's licensee will play these game against Nokia.

Let's concentrate and pursue other companies to license and help existing licensee to gain market shares (hopefully at Nokia expenses). As far as Nokia concern. don't transfer any technology know how to them. Withhold any technical help to them as long as allowed by law.
