Jay Wright, CEO of Mobile Pro stated in their 02/15 conference call that according to council TXP would become a public company by the end of March. Things are looking good. If anybody is now on the sidelines waiting to get in don't wait too long. I don't think we will see anything below .03 again. The R/S will pass overwhelmingly(IMO). Has anybody received their proxy statement yet? Here is a link to the MOBL's CC. fast-foward to minute 10:05 to hear his statement about TXP.
