There's actually been a couple articles on The Fool talking about this topic, and whether or not NFLX has made the right decisions.
Most Netflix subscribers are very satified with their service and don't have any issues with it. I probably average 7-10 DVD a month from NF. I never have anything backed up in my queue, always get what's on top with very little delay. I don't believe this is really an important issue, mountain/molehill comes to mind.
As a Netflix subscriber, I expect I'm in that 85th percentile group that's very happy.
As a NFLX and GZFX stockholder I say dump the non-profit bums... The focus needs to be on long-term profitable subscribers for both companies.
