I'm wondering if there's going to be a lot more negative news for Netflix in the near future since they settled on the throttling case. I would imagine, more angry Netflix customers will come out of the woodwork.

Also, there's the possibility that this bad PR may have a negative affect on ALL by mail video plans. Their marketing strategy to attract new customers is the concept of "all the movies you can rent for $ a month."
