News is coming in that video Mr Baxter said that financing in qtr 1 or 2 2014. That will be a catalyst.

Dont Forget we are a miner first. Don now runs focus graphite, he has a BSc.Eng., Mining Engineering. Thats what we want we want to sell the mine. get it to production to generate $$$ Asap.

Grafoid is just Icing and added Value.

Also when the time is right Grafoid will list on the big markets.
