My question is based on the hypothesis as to why management would want to have the stock price skyrocket (i.e. great news on the 13th about NOK or new analyst coverage on the 14th)prior to the ASM, if their options are priced as of the "date of grant". In other words, management's short-term goal might be to keep the price down in order to have the 5M ISO's priced at $20 rather than $35/share BEFORE releasing great news.

Based on that premise, could the date of grant for the 5M ISO's be approved by the BOD in May once 50.0000001% of the voting shares were verified and recorded as "YES" votes OR does the "date of grant" have to be the date of the ASM or later??

Hope this clarifies my question better.
