Just had a 15 min convo with Casey from IR. I asked specifically about the relationship with Monster Arts first. He told me that this partnership was definitely NOT the "merger" or "acquisition" written about in the previous PR's. He said that Monster Arts was licensing their technology for $5000 a month.

I asked about the share structure, he told me that the company was not diluting the stock at all, but there were some shares converted for payment. He said the current float was between 30-40mil. He also stressed the fact that the PPS is not raising due to the short term traders selling shares off on a daily basis. He said that if traders would buy and hold that this stock would explode.

He also told me that they are still in talks with a few other companies about acquisition, he could not say which companies at this point. Hope that helps folks.
