Unfortunately, what is "terrible" today can easily be forgotten tomorrow. The throttling will make ripples, but these ripples die out. People will stay with Netflix simply because they see the advertising everywhere. It's getting more and more ingrained in society - a hard rut to get out of.
One sees it in other aspects, too: politics, culture, vacation resorts, you name it. Things that "upset" me today are forgotten much too soon.
On the other hand, the positive for us is that all this advertising from Netflix blankets the whole industry, so we get a lot of free publicity. Not bad, considering the size of us right now.
We should soon see our baby taking bigger steps - maybe even a first run!
