My personal opinion is yes the stock goes higher as I believe the Nokia deal will be finalized soon, and yes more license deals will be forthcoming. I don't necessarily pour acalades on management for a great job on getting license deals and I think the dollar amount of the Ericsson settlement sucks, but it was a settlement and it does validate the technology. I think even at, as we now believe, the low rate that Nokia will be paying for 2G that the amount of money coming in will be substantial but a far cry from what it should be or at least what we thought it should be. I have said time and time again that a monkey could almost run IDCC if they had good lawyers getting the license agreements. I can assure you Harry couldn't get a license agreement and Tilden sure couldn't and neither could develop a patent that would be needed in the industry, and Fagan could be replaced by a second grade math teacher as the responsibility he has is limited to counting a few checks as he doesn't develop or license a thing either. But the answer to your question is the stock goes a lot higher but not as high as us old timers thought we would have seen.
