Blueskywaves Correction To My Post

Give me your definition of a strong 2G and 3G patent portfolio. I will give you my definition or rather interpretation, a strong 2G and 3G patent portfolio means you have patents that should be royalty bearing and all should be compelled to pay who use those patents at a reasonable industry rate and these patents are very enforceable. Now correct me if I am wrong but isn't that what IDCC has said for a long time in their press releases?

So your comments about the conception that some of us have that all patents are equal doesn't fly, as we understand all are not equal but what we don't understand is why those strong patents aren't licensed by all and bearing ongoing royalty payments from all. Maybe you can explain it better to us, and by the way while IDCC was developing technology for Nokia, what was Nokia doing but trying to screw IDCC at every turn, as the original phase 1 agreement stopped on 12/31/2001 and yet Nokia refused to pay or acknowledge the patents, now why would they do that on our strong patent portfolio?

I do believe the patents are very enforceable in a court of law, but they still are not collecting from probably 70% of the companies who are using their technology.

Now let me add some comments first I see you didn't give your definition of strong 2G and 3G patent portfolios. Let me also add that we don't care about Rambus and comparisons, as IDCC also has a temporary chairman that is knocking home runs on options and other benefits. We also are sick and tired of seeing the officers reap benefits with no risk yes no risk as they will price the options to insure they make money, and even reprice them if they are to high. Now if IDCC actually needs the options to aquire something then let them guarantee these options can only be used for this purpose and not for employee benefits. I don't know about you, but dillution never sets good in my craw, and IDCC since its original inception then International Mobile Machine has dilluted the stock something fierce and unless I am mistaken the original stock offering price was $22.00 and 30 years later the stock is finally at $23.00 so you tell me about all these wonderfull achievements that justified reward after reward. I defy you to tell me what Tilden does to earn what he gets, and show me where Harry has done a thing for his temporary rewards. Then you show me where the legal team has earned any big rewards, and Fagan does what count 4 checks a year. Are you plain dumb or blind man can you not see who has been raking in all the money, and damn sure hasn't been the investors. We are still waiting on the engine to be gased up and started and the transmission put in drive and the shareholders go on this big ride, as so far we haven't gotten out of the damn parking lot.
