Once again, my concerns have ZERO relationship to you as an individual and your home ownership. That is completely irrelevant to ME. It is wholly relevant to YOU. But, I couldn't care less.

I only care about the broad implications of millions of people. As far as I'm concerned ANYONE who isn't willing to accept the MACRO arguments that have been propagated on this board has their head in the sand. And, I don't care if they have 50 homes (1 in each state) and they don't owe a cent on any of them!
