In Colorado, do you, or do you not have to buy weed at the point of licensed distribution? Meaning , you can't have weed delivered. As in, it's a law ? If that's so, then what does it matter if Benz is in Co, because setting up a website will do no good even if a person could buy it online, because they would still have to go to the dispensary to get it! What's the point?!. In Cali, One can only buy weed at a licensed clinic. They can't buy it online, And they certainly can't have it legally delivered, unless that delivery is part of the dispensary. And if dispensaries already do some deliveries....why would they even need AEGY w no trucks, no employes, and not even a phone contact.

So what are we even doing talking about AEGY and pharnajanes, they are moot. They can't legally operate as described, " buy weed online and have it delivered", so why are they even a going concern, they are not.

What's really bad though is the people behind AEGY had to know that, yet, PRd THIS GRAND STOry to entice buyers and the toxic debt conversion cos they sold the shares to....unloaded. I bet all that volume at the peak before the down turn was guess who?
