This board has lied about Cdex the company, the current men who are employed at Cdex, and those who have invested their hard earned dollars in the company.
It is worth noting yet again, that you posted that Cdex would not file the 10K and that they were done.
Yet, they did file the 10K, and I have zero doubt, that the reason for the delay was a favorable one for shareholders. This CEO has proven to many Shareholders that his approach to the success of Cdex comes from many, many facet's.
Your typed words of "Still not clear on why they bothered to file" speaks volumes of why your post about Cdex are full of deception.
John R said it best earlier, when he pointed out...... had anyone wanted to take the company shell, it would have been done when Mp, and his two buds, forced Cdex into BK.
One does not have to be very educated to understand the obvious point that was made concerning that point.
