CDEX is like a pregnant woman...EXPECTING!! Except with the woman EXPECTING is a euphemism. With CDEX it is ALL they do!! And even lie about THAT!!

So they filed w/o an audit. After the tale was told that the reason for the delay was that the audit was not complete. Audits are not required for Q reports, so they can file on the cheap for the rest of the FY if they wish. Do not have to pay an auditor.

Still not clear on why they bothered to file, though. No money to do anything with except EXPECT. But of course the shell is worth a bit of money whereas a PINKY is not worth much.

The LUBBOCKERS can use it for SUMPIN, I reckon... But they will need to take possession of the shell.. a Chap 7 can still be used to complete that job.
