No CEO is that stupid, why not just raise the AS to 2B and sell shares into the market at MUCH higher prices. What you say the company is doing makes NO sense! Their assets are TWICE their liabilities, which are only $380K (not million, thousand). Sometimes common sense has to prevail, and there is NO reason for this MUCH of an increase.
