InterDigital will receive a royalty from Infineon. Panasonic will in addition to paying IDCC ongoing 3G royalty, provide some $30 Million plus in 3G true up money.(less of course a credit of $19.5 Million from their 2001 advance payment)..The total will be recorded as recurring revenue in the Quarter received.


InterDigital and Infineon also amended the royalty structure established under their original 2001 cooperative agreement. The new royalty rate structure extends the term and amends the per-unit royalty rates to be paid to InterDigital for the sale of Infineon's ASICs containing jointly-developed protocol stack software.

Do we get any revenue from this?
