mshere....qcom can claim any royalty rate they want RIGHT NOW for tdscdma....fact is no tdscdma equiptment has been sold YET....and by the time they are selling tdscdma stuff....QCOM WILL HAVE TO RENEGOTIATE THE CURRENT CONTRACTS IN PLACE....but for now they can claim a 5% rate ...5% of ZERO!!!!!
