Yeap thats exatcly how it looks.
Him and his Buddy Goode are working this one out now.
massive gains at current levels (~46000%) and ~345M shares to go.

Very interesting was a tweet from the Company yesterday saying:

@TheReal666 Do you have $35k to lay out at better terms? BTW, there are strict annual limits on the debt, 500k shares per year starting 2015


He deleted it afterwards and released a fluff letter to shareholders (on their webpage).
