I think that is somewhat overstated especially when you even concede the first patient likely had a response and the second patient likely demonstrated tumor reduction. Moreover, if you read Triozzi, which I think you did, you know that if that if you assume the 3rd patient is at the 8 week mark, if he were to respond, he probably started showing tumor reduction in weeks 2-4.

I only say this because these observations constitute "data" "for direct." Combine that with the fact the scientists take blood draws, urine samples and run tests on these and other samples, then they have even more data by now.

So, I respectfully disagree. IMHO, they have data.
