Apple also agreed to front GTAT a factory which apple pays for apple will also tool the factory and pay for it. APPLE has first right refusal in area of CE with sapphire glass. Gtat CAN CONTINUE TO SELL EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTS out side Sapphire to anyone they want to apple has no control over that.

Apple paid 28million for all rights to LQMT in CE apple doesnt owe lqmt anything for using the tech. Apple doesnt have to use lqmt for anything in reguards to production and has patented their own manufacturing stragety of lqmt. Lqmt can not use or sell their metal to FOR ANY CE use and LQMT currently sells nothing. Apple is not fronting a factory for lqmt... You get nothing but hype for apples use of your material.

Basicly gtat knows how to do buisness they created a new segment of their company just for apple and wi continue to sell machines and eqquipment to other sectors. Lqmt sold its soul and got nothing out of it im guessing ten years of research is worth 28million to your ceo... Which they bought out and own lqmt doesnt even own the mod to the engel machine does it nope... I think apple owns a peice too so how would apple pay royalties on a mod if they own half the rights?
