no, its more like hedge fund traders, who can swing a lot of size, that surf the message boards......and they dont make decisions solely on its content......but it certainly can be a factor..........these guys have 2-10 screens in front of them.....they see stocks that are up or down a lot, and look for reasons why......no official news is listed, so what do they do next? check message boards, look for rumors, something.......they probably did the same thing after the form 4's were filed.......they probably didnt think it was a big deal, then checked the message boards and saw predictions of $14, sky is falling, idcc sucks, "my stops were just filled," etc, and jumped on it.......and its not just one guy that pulls the trigger......there's probably 5-10 on a desk that all attack simulaneously........they sold high, and bought back shares from the board members that bailed.....
