Okay Blue, I actually read this post. I'll stipulate your history of Wave is accurate and wiped out shareholder value. You are correct that many/most public companies have rules against nepotism, rightly so. Wave didn't and that probably hasn't changed, yet. Wave was a famaily controlled public company w/ a packed BoD from the begining. Why in the world would you think they would have established anti-nepotism rules? Now will you stipulate that you don't "get" accounting? I ask that because it is intregal to this discussion. Wave was (and may still be) at a point where cash mgmt is critical - critical as in poor financial mgmt may mean having to fold. Mothballing Scrambls, Peter and Micheal may/likely will cost Wave more cash in the short term causing BK rather than save money. That's called mgmt. So we wait. Without a doubt this stuff probably must be done, it just may be too early. Solms needs time to get the company financialy stable. One can not - or should not- make judgements w/o a full understanding of Wave's current financial condition. Something you admittedly don't have. Volley to you.
