I think, at this point, that we need others to weigh in. I grasp dilution but this whole warrant thing is freakin confusing.

The damn PPS is being held down and I keep wondering if we shareholders will lose out as it buys more time for an acquiror to get a longer/better look before putting in their bid.


** Remember - warrant holders have NO VOTE when it comes to takeover talks. I don't want them to sell out at $10 when it should be $40 !
