I may be wrong as well. I would have preferred the strategy you mentioned, but that didn't occur.

The truth is if PPS doesn't rise above warrant strike then this whole conversation is pointless and they will need to do it over again next year. My "hope" is that this starts creeping up to the $3.50 - $5.00 range that I believe it should be at and then the warrant discussion is in play.

I'm not sure that many have a great deal of experience/knowledge in this area, or we may have heard more about the likelihood this could occur.
