Now I don't know about trademark infringement execpt what I'm about to say really occured about 20 years ago.

I received a pamphlet for sports betting overseas and in it a way to sent money using a top company in the U.S.A. its was WU.

I sent 2000.00.I won 4000.00.I ask for it to be wired through WU as it was sent but they failed to pay.Several days no payment.

I contacted Corp office at WU and they had there in house attorney call me within a hour.I was pissed cause I figured with there name and symbol WU on it I was safe.He ask me to fax the pamplet and stated this had occured several times.

He stated WU was trademark protected and had not given consent to this company to use publish there name trademark or anything else that was protected.

He contacted me back that day and stated my funds were ready to be picked up and that his company was taking legal action for the use of there trademark ect.

The defense may be able to use information from these releases sentences,paragraphs but they can not imho copy paste anything trademark protected of Intellect Neurosciences.

Pfizers defense attorneys copied pasted and published it openly on efile no doubt without consent from Intellect officers,directors.

No doubt what I've seen filed or parts are trademark protected.Then don't forget the C/A both parties have in force.
