I've seen the exhibits that you point out, to think intellect violated C/A within there press releases I think is real soft evidence in term of Pfizer's defense. I actually laughed when I saw what they had highlighted as there intention of "breach". And it really comes out if left field signaling desperation. Like huh? Really, that's all you could come up with.

I'm more hung up on the fact that Pfizer had the option to terminate the agreement at any time, but they did not, they chose not to. So why still go ahead with development with the ILNS lead compound? If, as they had said in trial it didn't work, (to which they lied in my opinion) To me Pfizer has no where to run, except to twist logic and misinterpret to deliberately misdirect the facts.

And Oing clearly chastised Pfizer's lawyer for dancing around the real issue.

SHAPIRO really breaks it down with plain and ordinary language.

Pfizer lawyer uses a ton of flamboyant jargon and it's really poorly written. I think he should have been a novelist instead of a lawyer.
