I happen to be a postal carrier here in Southern California, ten years of service now. And I can evidence that with the right declarations and postal approvals, that MJ can be mailed. I've personally seen and smelled boxes and boxes, at least 5 to 10 lbs at a time being sorted for deliver. These were not to residential addresses however. Businesses and labs I suspect. But to address your comment of whether MJ can be mailed? Yes!!!
