Where is Panama going to get the workforce to finish the canal and more importantly if they had the workforce in place to do the canal expansion why didn't they do it in the first place?

Why did they accept the low-ball bid from the contractor doing the work when they obviously knew it wasn't going to get the job done? About the only thing I would agree on is Don Winner's statement about Welcome to Panama, where screwing over foreigners is a favorite pastime. That statement speaks for itself and he should know.

You can bet what you lost on Denver in the Superbowl that if Panama takes over the Canal expansion it will most likely take three times as long to finish the job. PTQ will be a 150K producer probably before the Canal gets done.
