There is nothing confusing about IDCC's business model, Loop. In fact, it is even more attractive than a software business.

The question is how IDCC intends to use its high quality cash flow to finance sales growth. Related to that question is the question you keep on avoiding: why can't you see that IDCC does not have a dilution problem YET and it should try to take advantage of the interim period before the accounting rule change in early 2004 to improve its balance sheet so that it can improve its 3G negotiating position and increase its M&A war chest.
