Do you think for a second that Amarin's Anchor submission was only going for the Treatment of people with Trigs in the 150 to 499 group?

Erm.....yes? Nobody knew what they were going after for the label expansion. Heck, I take V myself, think it's a wonderdrug, but there's no way in hell I would have bought as much stock as I did if I knew they were going for the full enchilada with ANCHOR before R-IT was even close to being complete - how many others here would have changed what they did if they also knew? My bet is most!

That's why some of those lawsuites may have some validity to them - haven't heard about them in quite a while, dunno what they're actually suing for, or if anything has actually been filed - they needed lead plaintiffs who actually bought and sold for a loss, and they need people who lost large amounts of money to make it worth their ambulance chasing whiles - paper losses don't count in court. Most longs here have just stayed with the program and sat tight, some even averaging down, so finding the right kind of plaintiff may not happen - and it's human nature to not want to publicly admit you made a big costly investing mistake, most folks don't want the humiliation/embarrassment that can comes along with a court case like these.
