Reduce it was to address CVE..of course the end goal
is to reduce CVE..it was implied, not stated..

FDA decided to change the rules, using amrn as the test subject.
Thus not allowing it to be implied anymore..proven only
(yet still no firm industry guidelines in place)

Well, the subject seems to be fighting back...
