I don't understand it fully, but I'm sure there is manipulation.

My point is that no one would need to rationalize their predicament and blame something else if the company was supporting itself.

Since Leinwand you can add another five years of insolvency and empty promises. Back then we were supposedly on the cutting edge and we had all this potential. Now the government can turn to a host of unmanned solutions.
