I just spoke with the receptionist at Palm Springs Executive Suites located at 498 Palm Springs Drive, Suite 100. IDS is one of their tenants and she provided me with the IDS cell phone number as the contact number for IDS. IDS does not have offices on the 3rd floor of that building let alone 5000 square feet of them.
