Here is a view that allot of people hold here and given the fact that they are still longs in KMAG I think it is a viable thought to have. Bottom line is the penny market is very open to manipulation and control by outside entities. I have come to learn this by holding this stock and watching the mis-representation of both the CEO and company here on this board. I have stated on several posts that I met JR here in NY to ask the targeted questions I had and to meet the man so I could asses his business savy and character. The fact that he immediately offered to speak with me and my friend who happens to have some shares without a qualifying question such as "How many shares do you own"? was my first tip that he was not worried about opening up and letting us know what his/kmag's options were to get this resolved. When we met and talked, he let us know about some of the strategies his attorneys have proposed as well as his confidence that it would be resolved but put no definite timeframe on it because he did not know. We asked him if he would put out a pr with audited fins. He could not definitely say yes or no because of the various options he was considering. Needless to say, he was focused on growing revenues for the company, something that was already happening pre-suspension. His take was revenues will drive value, again as I stated several times, being an entrepreneur, I loved hearing that, because regardless of the industry a business happens to occupy, revenue will always be the driver for value and ability to adapt, adjust and handle the hurdles thrown at it. So we talked some more and he could not divulge certain information because of regulatory rules etc.. We did ask but did not get any answers, which again I understood.
He is a guy who has been beset and challenged with several obstacles and he has endured as has his company. I would probably have thrown in the towel, but he is one tough and level headed businessman. Frankly the name calling here is spouted off by people with their own agendas and goals, sparked by their fear of the unknown, which is, they do not know what the CEO is like or his plans to rise above this. The good news is he never checks this board because he has stated to me "I have better things to do than read what people think." I enjoyed that response as did my friend. So knowing that he has a plan and is doing whatever he needs to implement it with his legal and financial experts handling things, he continues to put in place the executive strategy and revenue growth strategy for a successful recovery from this God Foresaken pennyland abyss.

Good Luck to all here. KMAG will rise.
