We are very very close to some news IMO. From the 8-K: 14 Jan
The registration process in Nicaragua takes approximately one month. ACDU will own all of the shares of X Corp. ACDU obtained an apostille of the formation documents of X Corp. and is in the process of filing them with Nicaragua to establish a branch office.

And I got a feeling ones this is out we get more PR's, updates, filings etc...

They are lining up the ducks in a row IMO
