I just reread sb 420 and technically, they could sell weed, as the law says, for a non profit, and sell the oil and vape stuff, and when the law is amended, they'll be in prime position because they'll have the dispensaries working with them and then they'd be able to charge fees. Or they could make deals with some dispensaries to trade a little stock for % of their revenue which would be the loophole around the non profit collective.
