Only if there is a such company worth atleast $100 million will we see such a run of .09. If this new company is only worth $50 million, expect a run of no more than .05. Remember we have 5 billion authorize shares to factor in. I doubt very seriously that this company will manage to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in-order to keep "PPS" above the dime mark with billions of shares that will soon be trading.
