3Dicon can not be traded on margin and therefore cannot be shorted.Ive done extensive research and have talked to at least 20 brokerages about shorting penny stocks ,discount brokers as well as many of the larger main stream brokerages.Even though i wouldnt go short on tdcp I asked them all if i could short tdcp through them and they all said NO.Everyone of them said they dont allow the shorting of a penny stock .The SEC has rules regarding shorting in penny land as well.But i keep hearing people say 3dicon is being shorted but have not found anyone who is allowing this .Some have said its the market makers who short 3dicon but i dont believe thats happening either.Call around to see if you can find some shares of tdcp to go short with and let me know.Have a great day!!
