per last reported TA..dewm had 2.15bils OS.. almost unchanged since new year...
after today's PR... and AS clarifications DEWM is looking pretty good on this share structure...:)

Dewmar is proud to announce that there are no additional outstanding toxic financing facilities that would allow debtors to convert any more Company stock as of this writing.

The Company has also increased the number of authorized shares to 4.5 billion, the purpose being to have available, only if necessary, some additional restricted shares to be utilized as part of the acquisition of profitable entities or for the exchange of services that would be extremely beneficial toward the growth of Dewmar.
