Back in early Jan someone hit the ask @ 0044 at the open for 20k shares, on-purposely screwing up the chart, but today the Parabolic SAR was reset, taking the 0044 manip out of the picture.

With the Toxic Financing GONE, this will see PENNYLAND NO DOUBT!
