this was posted on the agora mtdx site,,,,,,,, think i will send email and check on it,,, every one should seems it cost nothing and like her i hate for zig to get away with it, even tho we may not recoup after that maybe he wont be able to swindle any other investors including each of us,,,,,,,, to lose money, i hate even more to think i was taken and just set by,, even tho may never recoop any losses i do not want zig walking around and feeling he really done something taking the investors for a ride,,, here is the email address of the attorney who represents these sort of cases i wrote him he wrote back and ask if there was a case would i file, and how many shares i held and the date purchased, of course i said yes and sent the info,, he said no charge and as you know they only take cases they feel they can win so if he finds out he stands good chance at winning he will file if not i am sure he wouldnt, than we would know, but if he did see a case investors are not out anything,, not even a stamp,,,,,,he sends all info next day air fully paid for by him,,,,, so if anyone would like to email and ask him about this here is his email address,,,,,, piven@pivenlaw.com>
